Who Are We?
We are a small shellfish processing business run by Hector and Donald Stewart and Duncan and Donald John MacRae.
What Do We Do?
We operate three scallop boats and take fresh catches from other boats operating around the Western Isles, the Isle of Skye and accessible areas around the Scottish mainland.
We specialise in scallops, lobsters and crabs although we can also supply winkles and white fish.
We supply many of the local hotels and operate a small fish shop that delivers fresh shellfish and fish on a daily basis.
We supply fresh and processed shellfish and fish which you can order and have delivered next day anywhere in the United Kingdom.
